The application retrieves Google Ads account and campaign information, settings, and advertising performance metrics to help authorized personnel review advertising results. LINE and telephone link clicks are not treated as confirmed bookings. Patient records, booking records and conversation contents are outside this application’s intended scope.

Google’s authorization scope may permit account changes, but this application’s reporting code uses read operations only. In the current manually operated version, credentials are held in process memory rather than saved by the script.

Reports may be retained on the operator’s computer and selected aggregate reports may be provided to ChatGPT for analysis. There is no automated report delivery or verified automatic deletion schedule in the current version. Copies are subject to the relevant device and service retention settings.

You can revoke authorization through your Google Account. Revocation stops future access but does not erase existing report copies. Contact the operator to request access to or deletion of application-held information.

A scheduled VPS version is planned but is not yet deployed. Its storage, retention and disclosure details will be reflected in this policy before it is used.
